She should start with reporting to her HR. Government jobs tend to have large HR teams which handle these complaints.
Now that said, the phone number may be a non point. I’ve worked jobs so limiting I couldn’t share my real name. I know others who aren’t allowed to say where they work. If it’s part of the job description, she may legitimately not be allowed to share her work phone with you.
- logicallee 3y agoI've now filed a complaint with the Office of the Inspector General. Many people have told me to do that (on another forum) over a period of weeks and also today, but I was just praying I could solve it without having to do that.
