I am not sure why traffic is declining. I am not a Musk fan. But for a month after Musk's acquisition, Twitter was pretty much unusable; my feed was filled with garbage content, including many political takes that I am not interested in.
But after that period, Twitter is good, like really good, especially with community notes doing a pretty good job.
If users put their political differences aside and use Twitter(X), I am pretty sure it's the best app to learn.
