I thought the same thing, but then "slack" also implies not working very hard, and that didn't seem to be a problem for them (though maybe the counterfactual is a world in which Slack had even more users with a better name).
- daniel_sushil 3y agoI was thinking the same thing about Slack. But yeah, I wonder if the name had a positive or negative impact on the overall outcome.
- OJFord 3y agoGood point. It is slightly different in that you (mostly) only use Slack if your org has chosen to use it anyway - but no, fair point.
