- friendsfew 3y agoHate to bang that annoying drum, but 13 random houses/apartments/whatever aren’t going to change the housing market. Only building more units will. But outrage over a handful of vacant properties is easy to come by, and all the closeted NIMBYs can pretend they want change.
- newbalance 3y agoBuilding more units will increase supply, and placing limits on ownership will increase access. We can play all the angles to address housing supply.
