Why not? Gumbo is just Cajun for "yeah, throw some of that in there". It's got no requirement to involve seafood.

- MisterBastahrd 3y agoI think you have gumbo confused with jambalaya. Jambalaya is the anything goes dish. Most people from the region have a fairly sacrosanct idea of what a gumbo is supposed to be.
