1) If this insider guy is also charged with crimes, and may be able to get more leniency by changing his testimony to throw others under the bus, how can you trust that his testimony is genuine?
2) I wonder if the judge interfering with SBF's medical prescription is normal. Not a lawyer, but it seems kind of odd for a judge who ostensibly is not trained in medical matters to weigh the medical necessity for a prescription for somebody who has not yet been convicted of a crime. Not an SBF groupie and am on record calling him out for crimes in the past, but wondering if this is somebody powerful possibly gifting him grounds for a mistrial.
