Yep from what I have seen of the recent tech layoffs few, if any, have included the leadership responsible for the poor hiring decisions that created the headcount they now say is a problem.
- zeroonetwothree 3y agoI know several VPs “affected” by layoffs this year. Often they get a chance to leave on their own terms instead of being part of the general pool so you might not realize it
