Nobody's arguing against that or telling you what to do with your money.
They're saying its a problem for social mobility when "how much money your parents have" becomes a gatekeeper to homeownership.
- oldpersonintx 3y agowell I'm sorry but what are you going to do about it? you don't know where people get their down payments...if you are really dogmatic about this, you end up with 100% mandatory public housing
