I've wondered if this is a skewed statistic due to the "resubmit" feature. How many of these submissions were resubmissions, versus "first-time" submissions? I

I've wondered if this is a skewed statistic due to the "resubmit" feature. How many of these submissions were resubmissions, versus "first-time" submissions? It seems more reasonable to do a last minute check, and update the app with any most recent progress (as I did) on the last day.
