The whole point is to make everything look the same across every browser in existence. Also to remove collapsing margins.
- codedokode 3y agoCollapsing margins are actually a good thing. If I designed CSS from scratch, I would make all margins collapsing, because you typically want 1em margin between paragraphs, not 1 + 1 em.
