I’m not much on social media as it is (HN is about the only one left that I still visit regularly), but even when I was doing _some_ social media, it was Twitter and _rarely_ Facebook, but never LinkedIn. Not for years. The last time I probably used LinkedIn for anything was networking some when I changed jobs (almost 10 years ago). Unless you hop jobs a lot, I just don’t see how it adds any value.
