(Which matches my personal observation: 68F is perfect, just cool enough to snuggle under the covers and fall into a pretty nice sleep)
- elzbardico 3y agoThis is something I never understood in most people. If you are snuggling under the covers, isn't your thermostat set too cold?
- MenhirMike 3y agoThere is a fine line between "I'm freezing" and "I am slightly cold and this is really comfy and cozy!". I don't know, it's hard to explain, it's just that magical feeling when the body is perfectly at peace and ready to fall into a slumber.
- blackoil 3y agoMany people prefer the weight of blankets on them. Slightly cool temp allows that.

- amenhotep 3y agoDo people really want to sleep at temperatures that high? Wow.
- leosanchez 3y ago20-25 is high ? Our AC is set to 27-28. It gets really cold below that :)
- asielen 3y agoI agree, 68F is the perfect night temperature. 77 is a bit too high, at 80 I am sweating even with no sheets. I grew up without AC somewhere where it was regularly over 80 at night and I could never sleep. My sleep greatly improved by moving somewhere with a more mild climate.
