If there are 2 houses, the second guy no longer buys his vacation home for 500. This is actually what the situation is in the US. There are more houses than people, they’re just too expensive.
- s1artibartfast 3y agoOr guy 1 and guy 2 both have 1000 more, so guy 1 still buys the second house, and the second guy uses Ubi to pay rent.
