If you're just going to be an employee, possibly for ten years making money for other people, instead of taking some initiative and having your dad set up a lunch between you and the VCs he prepped with and having them teach you how to work for yourself and join Those Who Have Completed An Exit, well then... then you deserve the mediocrity you get!
