From what I've heard about Oryon, there's lots of complaints from OEMs about poor performance and battery use due to strange restrictions Qualcomm put on the power delivery system. They're effectively requiring a set of mobile power solutions in parallel to meet higher power requirements. This increases the design cost, and is inefficient.
