I don't think that would solve anything. If a criminal is willing to get a gun by illegal means, why wouldn't they be willing to do the same for ammunition?

- spaceribs 3y agoI'd take a look at how NYC tamps down on smoking by both increasing taxes and impounding/raiding any illegal resale of untaxed cigarettes. You can buy cigarettes for sure, and you can go out of the city to buy cigarettes for less, but for most people they'd rather kick the habit than deal with the entire situation.
