Depends on what the customer wants to do. When you're dealing with mobile apps, it's tricky to do distribution (especially with Apple) so if they want to put it on the app store, I'm more than happy to help them upload it or they can give me credentials to upload myself. However, that's only IF they want to upload it. These are very unpolished after all. Every customer gets an archive of all assets once development is complete.
