Sounds about right. Not good but... accurate. My teens: 4-5 hours per day, mostly social media & tv/movies. My wife: 5 hours per day, 90% productivity. Me: 2 hours per day, 75% social media, streaming tv & news. The amazing part is my wife also clocks 6+ hours on her PC but still gets an amazing amount of work done on her tiny iPhone (SE!)
