- mtsr 3y agoAnd the penalty for non-compliance, another 0.5% fine? So long as repercussions aren’t more serious (see EU fines) or more personal (hold C-suite personally responsible for contempt of court or similar), nothing will change.
- snoman 3y agoThreatening to nationalize, restructure, and then sell the company for cheap to someone that agrees to operate it within the bounds of the law… that might have some serious teeth. It’ll never happen though.
