- oldpersonintx 3y agoYup...95% of "HR" is your Workday intranet, scales very well, new employees do not require linear growth in HR JIRA and Github automate/gamify work distribution and scoring, so even technical management need not scale linearly to rank-and-file AWS means resources scale out without increasing ops headcount Standardization of dev tooling provides pre-trained pool of workers Etc etc...rank and file developers are becoming a human autoscaling group
