Such content gets the most emotional reaction, i.e. attention. You can't swim in this stuff and not smell bad. You are not a media pawn. Build and strengthen healthy relationships. Get a hobby like music or photography (without that nagging cellphone). Spite the media and strive to be positive and happy. They'll hate you for it. Good.
