Your house was $10,000-$99,999 and now having $1-$9 is a treat??
- mikewarot 3y agoYes to both. A decade ago, we bought the cheapest house in a town with an awesome school district. Since then, prices have inflated. We were lucky. In that decade our health declined, Long Covid took me out of the workforce. It's a luxury now to have even a few dollars that I don't have to spend on groceries. We're fortunate that we bought the cheapest house, instead of a nice house, or we'd be homeless.
