The post I was responding to mentioned sending out LESS resumes. That's not the most effective route.
- meiraleal 3y agoSending less resumes to jobs that fits better the applicant CV with a tailored cover letter is the most effective route for both the applicants and the companies offering the jobs - but before all, the company also needs to put some effort creating a good job post.
