I agree with your conclusions regarding recruiters. Most all of them will tell you they are shackled by their clients; and I don't blame them for being treated

I agree with your conclusions regarding recruiters. Most all of them will tell you they are shackled by their clients; and I don't blame them for being treated like that since they are charging large amounts of money.
