Have people lost the ability to detect sarcasm?
- mmahemoff 3y agoMany have and there seem to be cultural differences about this. In any event, the modern internet incentivises outlandish positions sincerely held. Thus sarcasm is indistinguishable from what is presented as a genuine (even if insane) belief (Poe's Law).
