- em-bee 3y agointeresting. i was a bit disappointed that he used finished chocolate instead of making that from scratch too. but then i noticed that he has a video on making chocolate, so at least in principle he got that covered. as for the taste, i would like to see a series of experiments where each pure ingredient is replaced with a consumer grade one, one at a time, to see which ones are responsible for the taste.
