I personally don’t know the area but the price is pretty breathtaking for what the local area earns.

The above house is not a fixer upper, nor was it bid hundreds of thousand over asking. Prices are high, but they definitely peaked, and at this point you can negotiate down in pretty much every market (even this summer).
