Name a specific one to talk to. The last treated my interviews as free consulting sessions. I actually had professors at two different local unis say apply to this or that then never heard back. I am happy to take specific suggestions, but I struggle with executive dysfunction when folks have me try the same things over and over without any fruitful result.
