Anyone seen an open framework gameplan for fighting patent trolls? I've seen plenty of writeups including enough legal specifics which could be assembled to such a doc. I think we're all aware of the challenges arising from a company's value prop + product TAM (or backers kickstarter backers ) not exceeding the up front legal costs of fighting.
