The startup plan is a non-starter for individuals. With such limits, it’s hard to use even for one account, forget unlimited.
- v3ss0n 3y agoEven at 5 clients ( if each clients having 10 email address each) maxed tier would just filled by incoming spam
- jawns 3y agoI could see some small organizations being able to get by on even the cheapest plan if only legit emails were counted. But if any spam or unsolicited emails are counted against the limits, it becomes much harder to plan against.
- v3ss0n 3y agoI just checked and they don't even mentioned about spam filtration , anti phishing system in place, that would be really bad since they are counting inbounds in limits
- svjx 3y agoWe do provide spam filtration and no, it does not count towards your limits. We use a combination of spam protection including bayesian filtering.

- svjx 3y agoIf you are receiving more than 3000+ messages a day that aren't spam, you need to go for a larger service. We are built to help small business get email without breaking the bank not for giant recipients to eat up resources.
- svjx 3y agoThe "unlimited" is meant for unlimited addresses and domains. We are made for real people sending real messages, not bots sending out marketing spam.
