Are you suggesting lack of housing as a solution to overpopulation? Just don't build houses so the ones we don't want to live with will just die off? That's... ummm.. an interesting sentiment. Perhaps we could speed up the process and burn the undesirables in some kind of ovens? Heating the houses of the chosen ones would be an added benefit!
