It doesn’t look like the original study came anywhere close to preventing 50% of deaths due to septis.
- RCitronsBroker 3y agothat’s not what the comment said tho, he just stated that death by septic shock made up about 50% of hospital fatalities, as in if you are able to even somewhat help that large of a pt group, that’s a pretty big step forward.
