The information is about the 2020-2021 grades, which is to say the height of Covid in the US. I would not generalize.
- zamadatix 3y agoFollowing the opening link to the report it shows the year was not an anomaly in the trend, rather the last (and somewhat naturally the most extreme of the trend) in the dataset.
