How a billionaire-backed network of AI advisers took over Washington
- jruohonen 3y agoWhat a mess, but what else could you expect?
- archibaldJ 3y agoI thought AI advisers were LLMs for the formation of AI government eg https://0a.io https://0a.io real question though: can transiting into a system involving less humans in power (and more decentralised) actually fix politics? Or will things be the same (in terms of lobbying, etc)? how can we design better systems for governance?
- happytiger 3y agoDid anyone not think this is what the top AI companies would do? They have everything to gain by claiming the platforms and closing the doors. It’s honestly pretty clearly the core of the strategy of OpenAI and Microsoft working together as well — and a smart one.
- aussiegreenie 3y agoI think the headliner should say "How Billionare-backed networks of EVERYTHING took over Washington". Koch Brother are my prefered example.
