I'm a sufferer, possibly for the last 2 years or so. I'm so sure (soooo sure) that this is physical - albeit with some psychosomatic elements to it. As of right now I am reasonably certain that I have some kind of eustachian tube issue, or possibly even SSCD. But - very glad to hear from lots of people, it makes me feel better :-)
