Is PHP 8.3 adding types to class constants? [video]
- nunomaduro 3y agoYes! PHP 8.3 is introducing types for class constants! Taking another step towards a more robust type system.
- stefanos82 3y agoIt would be nice to offer a full statically typed option in the near future, but with dynamically typed being the default behavior of course. I would like to declare my variable types which help the compiler to produce an optimized code from the very beginning, plus to prevent a variable's type change by accident with possible variable reuse.
