It is a simple javasript GUI application encapsulated within a single HTML file, designed to be used offline. It utilizes the javascript-fortuna implementation of the Fortuna pRNG algorithm and incorporates randomized delays to reduce predictability. Hacked it together really quickly, emailed it to Bruce Schneier, not realizing he also wrote Fortuna pRNG, unexpected thumbs up I wasn't happy with using random websites for generating passphrases like this.
