What does nationality or sex, or age of a victim have to do with anything? "Terrorism, in its broadest sense, is the use of intentional violence and fear to achieve political or ideological aims." If anything, killing some unrelated foreigners is hard to map to any political aims Hamas may have had... So that's just pointless murder, perhaps. Anyway, it's kinda pointless to throw the word terrorism around, when both sides are using violence and fear for political goals, at times, and Israel at much larger scale, usually. It brings no helpful clarity to the situation.
