Edit:
I called T-Mobile and they said they can't use the code until the 17th, and they'd send out a text message informing of the upcoming changes with the ability to opt out. Sounds really shady.
- post_break 3y agoThey lied to you. I opted out yesterday.
- theogravity 3y agoHow did you ask them to do it?
- post_break 3y agoI called and asked them to apply SOC code: grnoptout They may play dumb so you may have to escalate.

- justin66 3y agoOf course, the person you talked to may have lied to you and humored you to get you off the phone.
- post_break 3y agoNo I see it on my account. https://i.imgur.com/wWzlMfP.jpg https://i.imgur.com/wWzlMfP.jpg
