10 Hypothesis for Technology Investing

I originally saw Roger McNamee of Elevation Partners give this "10 Hypothesis for Technology Investing" presentation while working at Yelp early last year (2011). The forward-thinking nature of some of these hypothesis were definitely thought provoking, and even humbling to a point. I found the presentation (dated Nov 16, 2011) again recently and I came to HN to check out what the conversation around it was like. I was surprised when searching that I couldn't find it.
