"Charter contended the $600 figure was inaccurate, arguing that its Spectrum TV Select service in Los Angeles only cost around $219 a year more than Google's YouTube TV service," according to a MediaPost article in August. I always thought Select was considerably less than $73/mo, but just going to their site, I see that it's $59.99/mo (for 12 mos). So I guess it's jacked up after that first year. I would have settled for "$600 less than most cable"
