The land is protected from development, IIRC.
- welder 3y agoOnly the preserve, but the Santa Cruz mountains have tons of people living there. The downside of Santa Cruz mountains is there's only one road in/out and it's often blocked from traffic, car crash, fallen trees, rain. Not to mention yearly wildfires.
