Yup. I worked a web marketing/branding firm as a web developer for a while last year and we started telling our clients that any IE support would cost 25-40% more. If they had an existing web presence we'd get their logs and figure out about how much traffic they'd lose by dropping IE. Few were willing to pay for it. (And I was happy to cut my headaches down by an order of magnitude)
