      Completely irrelevant. A bank and the Govt are not the same thing by any stretch of the imagination

  The government isn't like a bank they can print their own money and issue nearly infinite debt. $29B is a lot but it's it's a blip in the annual budget of the government. Generals sneeze and spend a billion dollars.
