- YokoZar 3y agoAccording to the article, the criminal charges against that specific defendant were dropped
- b112 3y agoThe article states 3 of 4 were charged, and convicted, likely there wasn't enough evidence for the 4th. Note that someone can sue(state/county/etc), and still have criminal charges.
