I had mild tinnitus years ago, but it went away over time while I happened to be living in a mostly silent environment off-grid near JTNP. No idea if the long-term quiet environment played a role, but I also occasionally would supplement with sublingual b12[0] methylcobalamin supplements. It's impossible to say what's responsible, there's far too many variables. Maybe just time passing since quitting riding motorcycles is all that was needed.
