It’s always recommended that you job hop often early career. I did that myself - left after a year at one shop, and then 6 months at another. I’m still in my early career actually - just passed 2 years now at my current company. I think it takes some time, especially as a newbie, to actually wrap your head around a company culture, deliver real value, and learn a ton. And I’ve found that that’s the 2 year mark here.
