I think if we've learned anything during corona it should be that there are different tiers of economic activity. 4) that what we absolutely need, 3) that what would be nice to have, 2) that what serves no purpose/we would be better of without and 1) that what we've failed to ban. If we strictly define those we can then proceed to rate those who consume our attention and those tasked with governing by the ratio of time they spend on each. No doubt we are all guilty pondering niceties rather than necessities. Imagine an idea for a startup that is necessary.
