This is the most recent review paper of Cascadian seismicity: https://www.annualreviews.org/doi/abs/10.1146/annurev-earth-071620-065605 https://www.annualreviews.org/doi/abs/10.1146/annurev-earth-.... I would start here instead of Goldfinger's work, as there is a lot of other science to consider.
