Anything to avoid regulating real change right? Why save huge amounts of emissions by mandating slight changes to over the road trucks and commercial users when you can instead harass regular (well asshole) drivers?
- Someone1234 3y agoWe can do two things. The big problem is the lack of emissions regulation (or even proposed) on the commercial vehicles. However, that isn't something the legislative branch can do by themselves (either EPA or DoJ), requires congressional action.
- kjkjadksj 3y agoIts so sad realizing how we have all these fixes available to the worlds problems, but the fact they depend on the stakeholders in question to take a loss means they won’t be implemented without a protracted legal battle that might never meaningfully resolve. All this technological progress ossified by the profits gained from the status quo.
- hvs 3y agoI think you mean "executive branch". The legislative branch IS congress.
